"I had my baby a little over three weeks ago and having Jenn (Mossholder) there was invaluable. Prior to having the baby, she was really good about answering every question I had regarding labor and birth, etc. She was really helpful and responsive. My water broke out of the blue at 36 weeks 6 days and she came right over to my house and stayed with me (she did offer to leave if I wanted her to leave) until my contractions were closer together and it was time to go to the birth center. Once at the birth center she was so helpful with keeping me focused, making sure I drank Gatorade and water, helped me with labor positions, heating pads, massaging me, etc. I spent a lot of my labor walking up and down the four flights of stairs there and she was with me the whole time, night and day. My husband slept most of the night that I labored, so I really had to rely on her. At 24 hours after my water breaking, my baby turned frank breech and I had to be transferred to the hospital. It is a very rare thing to occur during labor, especially after the water breaks. Jenn came with us to the hospital. I was a wreck and she was very focused and helpful. She could not come into the OR but was right there in recovery when I got out of surgery and helped me breast feed. She also came to the house a week after the baby was born to check in on me. She has also been very helpful in answering all my breastfeeding questions, since I had my baby on 5/25 and my breastfeeding class was on 6/2! I thought her fees were very fair in comparison to most people in the area and worth every penny." - Meredith
